I’m a wellness and longevity coach—and a proud lung cancer fighter—dedicated to helping you feel strong, balanced, and pain-free in body, mind, and spirit.

My journey into health coaching began as a path of personal growth, but it became so much more. Just as I completed my training, I was diagnosed with lung cancer. The tools and wisdom I had gained became my foundation for healing—and gave me a powerful purpose: to help others thrive through life’s challenges.

With a background in Pilates and the MELT Method, I guide you to build core strength, ease pain, and restore natural alignment.
